Martial Cinema will feature reviews on action and martial arts films. This is a passion project where I share my love of martial arts and the action films that feature them. Not all action movies feature martial arts, so I will only screen films with elements of true fight choreography or films with prominent martial arts themes. Crouching Tiger is an obvious choice, but other times I’ll just review Jason Statham movies because he already brings real-world MA training to his films. And he’s fun to watch.
Reviews will include streams of consciousness, random observations, and summarizations of the art form of martial arts films.
